What is Endermologie®?

Endermologie® was the first treatment approved by the FDA to allow the claim of “temporary reduction of cellulite”. It is a massage machine with 2 rollers and a gentle suction action that when rolled over the top layer of fat makes a fold. Only a certified endermologist shall provide this service. This folding action stretches the connective tissue and results in the reduction of cellulite and body measurements. “Chair-ity” for Children – Sparrow club

The themes and titles for this years “Chair-ity” for Children event are in….  The Student’s at Obsidian Middle School have chosen a retro video game as their inspiration.  PacMan/Ms. Pacman is the design this year.  They have designed a very cool interactive design…. look for photos soon!  They have been working hard and are very excited that all the time they are donating to painting this chair will earn $10 per student per hour for the schools local “sparrow”  Danika.

My chair is going to be a continuation on last years theme.  Last year’s tropical theme was titled “It’s 80 degrees somewhere!”   This year the title is “Just Another Day in Paradise!”  Deadline date March 23rd look for photos or stay tuned for event locations where you can see these two chairs plus all the others in preview of the auction.

For all you early risers join Melanie on Monday and Friday mornings at 6:30 at Redmond Area Parks & Recreation District, located next to the High School.  You never quite know what your in for as Melanie often surprises participants with fun themes like “funky 70′s” or “fiddle friday”  or ” favorite movie soundtracks”.  One thing your are guaranteed is a great workout and a lot of fun!
